Sesungguhnya telah terlaksana pertemuan untuk tercapainya perdamaian yang  disarankan oleh orang tua dan ustadz kami asy-syaikh al-'allamah al-muhaddits DR. Rabi' bin Hadi 'Umair al-madkhali dan dikuatkan oleh fadhilatusy syaikh DR Muhammad bin Hadi al-madkhali, dimana asy-syaikh Rabi' - hafizhahullah - telah menugaskan kami penulis catatan ini Ruzaiq bin Hamid al-qurasyi dan fadhilatul akh Khalid bin Dhohwi azh-zhafiri untuk melakukan perjalanan ke Indonesia dan duduk bersama al-akh al-ustadz Dzul Akmal dan al akh al-ustadz Luqman Ba 'Abduh setelah terjadi perselisihan yang lama di antara keduanya dan yang  menjadi sebab pelemahan da'wah salafiyah di sana padahal  keduanya dan mereka yang bersama keduanya; aqidah mereka  sama, manhaj mereka sama dan para syaikh mereka termasuk para syaikh kibar kami yg bermanhaj salaf .
        Dan pertemuan tersebut - walillahil hamdu wal minnah - telah terlaksana pada hari sabtu malam ahad tgl 7   dzul qa'dah 1438 H dan telah ikut serta dalam pertemuan tersebut  akhuna al-fadhil Usamah al-'Amri - jazahullahu khairan -.
       Dan kami telah mendapati al-akh Dzul Akmal dan al-akh Luqman serta mereka yang bersama keduanya sangat tenang dan bersiteguh untuk berdamai dan ini termasuk perkara yang para ikhwah dipuji karenanya.
         Pertemuan tersebut dimulai tepat pada jam 10.00 malam, dan di antara keutamaan Allah kepada kami adalah bahwa kami telah menuangkan isi   pertemuan tersebut dalam beberapa poin agar tidak ada peluang terjadinya perdebatan yang tidak ada kebaikan di dalamnya bagi kedua belah pihak. Dan sesungguhnya kami telah mengingatkan mereka tentang Allah dan perasaan takut kepadaNya dan kami jelaskan kepada mereka bahwa di dalam perdamaian mereka terdapat kebaikan dan kekuatan bagi da'wah di negeri mereka.
       Dan poin-poin tersebut sebagai berikut :
         1.Tidak mendiskusikan perselisihan-perselisihan yang telah berlalu dan hendaknya hal itu ditutup dan tidak dipublikasikan oleh kedua belah pihak.
           2.Sebagian mereka tidak mentahdzir sebagian yang lain dan hendaknya masing-masing pihak bersikap  diam terhadap pihak yang lain. Dan apabila terjadi suatu perkara dari hal tersebut atau kesalahan apapun maka hendaknya hal itu ditulis dan dikirimkan kepada para ulama' disertai dengan tetap bersikap diam dan tidak melakukan tahdzir hingga para ulama memberikan pandangan tentang perkara yang terbaik.
          3. Menghapus semua tahdzir yang telah ditulis sebelumnya di website-website dan yang lainnya oleh kedua belah pihak baik dengan bahasa Indonesia atau dengan bahasa Arab.
          4.Mematuhi perjanjian damai yang telah tercapai dan tidak melanggarnya dengan bentuk pelanggaran apapun. Dan apabila hal itu dilakukan oleh salah satu pihak atau para pengikut mereka, maka dewan pengawas yang ditunjuk oleh syaikh kami asy syaikh Rabi' menjadi orang pertama yang mentahdzir pihak yang melanggar perjanjian damai dan menyampaikan hal itu kepada para ulama.
           5.Pertemuan tersebut telah didokumentasikan dalam sebuah rekaman yang terdiri dari dua bagian yang keduanya tersimpan dalam gadget milik saya..
           6.Pertemuan tersebut berakhir tepat  pada jam 10.50  dengan penuh kecintaan dan ridho terhadap perjanjian damai yang tercapai dan sebagian ikhwah berpisah dengan sebagian yang lain dalam kondisi yang paling baik - walillahil hamdu walminnah -.
         Semoga Allah membalas (kebaikan) asy-syaikh Rabi' atas sikap antusias beliau terhadap anak-anak beliau para salafiyin, perhatian beliau terhadap mereka dan arahan beliau untuk tercapainya perdamaian yang menyejukkan hati semua pihak.
        Dan saya tidak lupa mengucapkan terima kasih kepada asy-syaikh al-fadhil DR Muhammad bin  Hadi atas arahan yang beliau berikan kepada para ikhwah, dan anjuran beliau kepada mereka untuk melakukan perdamaian. Saya juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada al-akh al-fadhil DR Kholid bin Dhohwi atas jerih payah beliau dan keikut sertaan beliau yang memiliki pengaruh bagi tercapainya perdamaian ini. Saya juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada al-akh al-fadhil Usamah al-'Amri yang memiliki pengaruh dalam penyempurnaan perdamaian ini. Saya juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada al-akh Zul akmal dan al-akh Luqman Ba 'Abduh atas sikap saling memahami dari keduanya, pemahaman keduanya serta sikap keduanya menerima perjanjian damai ini.
        Saya memohon kepada Allah semoga Dia menyatukan hati-hati mereka dan   menyelamatkan mereka dari kejahatan diri-diri mereka serta melindungi mereka dari godaan-godaan setan. Sesungguhnya Rabb kita benar-benar Maha Mendengar do'a.

فقد تم الاجتماع في جلسة الصلح التي انتدبنا اليها والدنا واستاذنا الشيخ العلامة المحدث الدكتور  ربيع بن هادي عمير المدخلي وأيده فضيلة الشيخ الدكتور  محمد بن هادي المدخلي حيث أن الشيخ ربيعا حفظه الله قد كلفنا انا كاتب هذه السطور  رزيق بن حامد القرشي وفضيلة الأخ خالد بن ضحوي الظفيري في السفر الى إندونيسيا
والجلوس مع الأخوين الأستاذين :
ذو الأكمل أبو المنذر. و لقمان با عبده .على أثر خلافٍ طال كثيرا بينهما وكان سببًا في إضعاف الدعوة السلفية هناك لا سيما وأن الاثنين ومن معهما عقيدتهم واحدة ومنهجهم واحد وشيوخهم من أكابر شيوخنا السلفيين.
وقد حصل اللقاء ولله الحمد والمنة في يوم السبت
ليلة الأحد السابع  من شهر ذي القعدة لعام 1438 وقد شارك في اللقاء أخونا الفاضل أسامة العمري جزاه الله خيرًا .
و قد وجدنا الأخوين " ذو الأكمل ولقمان " ومن معهما في غاية من الهدوء والإصرار على الصلح وهذا مما يُشكر للإخوة جميعًا.
وبدأت الجلسة في تمام الساعة العاشرة ليلًا  ومن فضل الله علينا
أن احكمنا الجلسة في نقاط حتى لا يكون هناك مجال للنقاش الذي لا خير فيه للطرفين وقد ذكرناهم بالله والخوف منه وبينا لهم أن في صلحهم صلاحًا للدعوة وقوة لها في بلادهم  .
وكانت تلك النقاط على النحو التالي:
1_عدم النقاش فيما مضي من خلافات و أن يطوى ذلك ولا يروى من كلا الطرفين.

2_عدم التحذير من بعضهم  وسكوت كل طرف عن الآخر واذا حصل أمر من ذلك أو أي خطاء فيكتب ويرسل للعلماء مع لزوم الصمت وعدم التحذير حتى يرى العلماء ما هو الأصلح.

3_حذف جميع ما كتب سابقًا من تحذيرات في المواقع وغيرها من كلا الطرفين سواء باللغة الاندونيسية أو العربية .

4_الالتزام بما تم من الصلح وعدم نقضه بأي نوع من أنواع النقض واذا حصل من أحد الطرفين أو من أتباعهم فإن اللجنة المنتدبة من شيخنا الشيخ ربيع أول من يحذر من الناقض للصلح ويبلغ ذلك للعلماء .

5_تم إثبات الجلسة بتسجيل في مقطعين وهما عندي في جهازي.

6_تم الإنتهاء من الجلسة في تمام الساعة العاشرة وخمسين دقيقة بكل ود ورضا عما حصل من صلح
وودع الإخوة جميعا بعضهم بعضًا وهم على احسن حال ولله الحمد والمنة.
فجزى الله شيخنا الشيخ ربيعًا المدخلي   على حرصه على أبنائه السلفيين واهتمامه بهم وتوجيهه لهذا الصلح الذي أثلج صدور الجميع .
ولا يفوتني أن أشكر الشيخ الفاضل
الدكتور محمد بن هادي  توجيهه أيضا للإخوة وحثهم على الصلح والإصلاح...وأيضا اشكر للأخ الفاضل الدكتور خالد بن ضحوي جهده واشتراكه  الذي كان له الأثر في الصلح .وكذلك
أشكر الأخ الفاضل أسامة العمري الذي كان له الأثر في إتمام الصلح .وأيضا نشكرللاخوين ذو الأكمل  ولقمان باعبده تفاهمهما وفهمهما وقبولهما  لهذا الصلح .
نسأل الله أن يربط على قلوبهم ويكفيهم شر أنفسهم وأن يعيذهم من نزغات الشيطان.  إن ربنا لسميع الدعاء...

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon His Prophet, and on His family and companions

The meeting was held in the conciliation session, which was entrusted to us by our father and teacher, asy-shaykh al-'allamah al-muhaddits DR. Rabbi 'bin Hadi' Umair al-madkhali and it was supported by fadhilatusy shaykh Muhammad bin Hadi al-madkhali, where asy-shaykh Rabi '- hafizhahullah - has commissioned me the author of these lines, Ruzaiq bin Hamid al-qurasyi and fadhilatul akh Khalid bin Dhohwi azh -zhafiri To travel to Indonesia
And sit with the two brothers:

al-akh al-ustadz Dzul Akmal and al akh al-ustadz Luqman Ba 'Abduh

After a long dispute between the two which was the reason to weaken the Salafi call there, especially since the two and those who are with them are holding the same principles including their aqidah is the same, their manhaj is the same and likewise their elders include our elders of elders who are upon the salafi minhaaj

The meeting took place on Saturday
On the night of the seventh Sunday of the month of Dhu al-Qa'dah in 1438, and has participated in the meeting also, akhuna al-fadhil Usama al-'Amri - jazahullahu khairan -.

And we have found al-akh Dzul Akmal and al-akh Luqman and those who are with them are very calm and determined to make peace and this is included in the matters that the ikhwah are praised for.

The meeting started right at 10:00 pm, and among the virtues of Allah has given to us was that we judge the session in points so that there would be no chance of a debate that will bring no good in it for both sides. And indeed we have reminded them of Allah and fear of Him and we explained to them that in their peace there is goodness and strength for the Salafi call (da'wah) in their country.

       And the points are as follows:

1 - Not to discuss the past differences (disputes) and they should be closed and not to be published by both parties.

2 - Not to warn (hajr/ tahdzir) some of them and be silence on each side of the other and if there is a case of it or any error, then it should be written and sent to the scholars ('ulama') accompanied by remaining silent and not doing hajr (tahdzir) until the scholars give their view of the best case.

3 - To delete all previously written warnings (hajr/ tahdzir) on websites and others by both parties either in Indonesian or in Arabic.

4 - To comply to this peace agreement and do not violate it with any form of violation. And if it is done by one of the parties or their followers, the committee commissioned by our shaykh that is asy syaikh Rabi' will become the first person to warn (hajr/ tahdzir) those who reject the reconciliation and will report it to the scholars.

5 - The meetings have been documented in a recording consisting of two parts and both are stored in my own gadget ..
           
6 - The meeting ends promptly at 10.50 am in full of the love and blessings of the reached peace agreement between the two and some of the ikhwah part with the others in the best of circumstances - walillahil hamdu walminnah -.

         May Allah grant goodness to ash-shaykh Rabi' for his enthusiastic attitude towards his sons of salafiyin, his concerns for them and his direction for the peaceful achievement of all parties.

        And I can not fail to thank the asy-shaykh al-fadhil DR Muhammad bin Hadi for the direction he gave to the ikhwah, and his advice to them to make peace. I would also like to thank al-akh al-fadhil DR Kholid bin Dhohwi for his efforts and his participation which has influence for the achievement of this peace. I also thank al-akh al-fadhil Usamah al-'Amri who has had an influence in the perfection of this peace. I would also like to thank al-akh Zul akmal and al-akh Luqman Ba 'Abduh for their mutual understanding of both, their understanding and the attitude of both of them accepting this peace agreement.

        I ask Allah that He may unite their hearts and save them from their owh evil and protect them from the temptations of Satan. Our Rabb is indeed the All-Hearing of Prayer.
